mantratantraṃ tvayā proktaṃ vistarādvastusādhanam //
alpāyuṣastvime martyā alpavīryālpabuddhayaḥ
alpasattvālpavittāśca lobhamohāsamanvitāḥ //
alpagranthaṃ mahārthaṃ ca padārthānīkasaṃkulam
vaktumarhasi devaiṣāṃ prasādārthaṃ mama prabho //
athātaḥ sampravakṣyāmi śāstraṃ paramadurlabham
nāmnā tu vātulāttantrād dadhno ghṛtamivoddhṛtam //
nādākhyaṃ yatparaṃ bījaṃ sarvabhūteṣvavasthitam
muktidaṃ paramaṃ kiṃ ca divyasiddhipradāyakam //
tadviditvā mahāsena deśikaḥ pāśahā bhavet
āgopālāṅganā bālā mlecchāḥ prākṛtabhāṣiṇaḥ //
antarjalagatāḥ sattvāste api nityaṃ bruvanti tam
sthūlaṃ sūkṣmaṃ paraṃ jñātvā karma kuryādyathepsitam //
sthūlaṃ śabda iti proktaṃ sūkṣmaṃ cintāmayaṃ bhavet
cintayā rahitaṃ yattu tatparaṃ parikīrtitam //
sāntaṃ sarvagataṃ śūnyaṃ mātrādvādaśake sthitam
brahmāṇi hrasvāḥ proktāni dīrghā hyaṅgāni ṣaṇmukha //
anusvāro bhavennetraṃ sarveṣāṃ copari sthitaḥ
savisargaṃ bhavedastram anusvāravivarjitam //
ṣaṣṭhaṃ trayodaśāntaṃ ca pañcame viniyojayet
śivaṃ tattu vijānīyān mantramūrtiṃ sadāśivam //
ṣaṣṭhamasya dvitīyaṃ tu caturthādyena saṃyutam
dvitīyātpañcamāccaiva ādimaṃ yojayetpunaḥ //
hanti vighnāñśivāstreṇa śikhayā muktidaṃ smṛtam
etatpāśupataṃ divyaṃ sarvapāśanikṛntanam //
brahmāṇi ca śivaṃ sāṅgaṃ netraṃ pāśupataṃ ca yat
samāsātkathitaḥ sarvo mantroddhārastvayaṃ śubhaḥ //
asya mudrāṃ pravakṣyāmi sādhakānāṃ hitāya vai
hastābhyāṃ saṃspṛśetpādād ūrdhvaṃ yāvattu mastakam //
eṣā mudrā mahāmudrā sarvakāmārthasādhikā
karanyāsaṃ purā kṛtvā mudrābandhaṃ tu kārayet //
talikāṃ hastapṛṣṭhaṃ ca astrabījena śodhayet
kaniṣṭhāmāditaḥ kṛtvā aṅguṣṭhaṃ cāpyapaścimam //
brahmāṇi vinyasettatra tathaivāṅgāni yatnataḥ
prāsādaṃ vinyasetpaścād vyāpinaṃ sarvatomukham //

antaḥkaraṇavinyāso bhūtaśuddhistathaiva ca
bhūtaśuddhiṃ purā kṛtvā tato 'ntaḥkaraṇaṃ kuru //
hṛdbījaṃ pārthive yuktaṃ pārthivīṃ dhārayetkramāt
śiro 'psu tejasi śikhāṃ kavacaṃ vāyunā saha //
astraṃ ca śivasaṃyuktam ākāśaṃ dhārayetsadā
huṃphaḍantena paṭalaṃ bhittvā cordhvaṃ viśeṣataḥ //
pañcodghātāśca catvāras trayo dvāveka eva ca
dvādaśānte nirālambaṃ vijñānaṃ kevalaṃ sthitam //
dīkṣāyāṃ tu yathā vatsa tatprayogaṃ samācaret
prakriyāntasthamamṛtaṃ sravantaṃ cintayettataḥ //
omityanena kamalaṃ yogapīṭhaṃ tadā bhavet
sūryamaṇḍalasaṃkāśam akāraṃ hyātmasambhavam //
vidyātattvamukāraṃ tu śivatattvaṃ makārajam
puryaṣṭakaṃ ca tanmātraṃ turyātītaṃ sadāśivam //
cintayetparamaṃ dhāma suṣumnābhinnamastakam
tenāplāvitamātmānaṃ paripūrṇaṃ vicintayet //
yo 'bhasedīdṛśaṃ martyaḥ samādhiṃ mṛtyunāśanam
na tasya jāyate mṛtyur iti śāstrasya niścayaḥ //
paścādguroḥ sādhakānāṃ mūrtestu grahaṇaṃ bhavet
īśānādyāstu sadyāntaṃ mūrdhna ārabhya vinyaset //
netraṃ dattvā tadāvāhyo devadevaḥ sadāśivaḥ
sarvajñaṃ ca tadātmānaṃ cintayettu vicakṣaṇaḥ //
hṛdayaṃ ca śiraścaiva śikhāṃ kavacameva ca
nyasedastraṃ ca mantrajño yathāsthāneṣvanukramāt //
hṛdaye 'rcāvidhānaṃ tu nābhau homaṃ prakalpayet
lalāṭe tvīśvaraṃ dhyāyed varadaṃ sarvatomukham //
yathārcane tathāgnau ca dhyāne snāne tathaiva ca
yathā deve tathā dehe cintayettu vicakṣaṇaḥ //
kṛtvāntaḥkaraṇaṃ hyevaṃ paścādbāhyaṃ tu ṣaṇmukha
sabāhyantaraṃ kṛtvā paścādyajanamārabhet //
antaḥkaraṇavinyāsapaṭalaḥ iti dvitīyaḥ paṭalaḥ
ataḥ paraṃ pravakṣyāmi snānaṃ pāpaharaṃ śubham
sakṛjjaptena saṃgṛhya mṛdā astreṇa mantravit //
malasnānaṃ purā kṛtvā sakṛjjaptvā tu saṃhitām
tāmeva mṛttikāṃ paścād abhimantrya sakṛtsakṛt //

kuṇṭhayitvā tataḥ snāyāc chivatīrthasya madhyataḥ
cakravatyupacāreṇa sugandhāmalakādibhiḥ //
upaspṛśya vidhānena saṃdhyāṃ vandeta sādhakaḥ
mantraiḥ sarvaiḥ sakṛdvatsa upasthānaṃ tu kārayet //
abhiṣekaṃ purā kṛtvā tataḥ saṃdhyāṃ samācaret
astraṃ na yojayeddehe kṣipettadbahireva ca //
śarīraṃ śoṣayedvatsa tenātmani na yojayet
vighneṣu pāśajāleṣu sadā yojyaṃ vicakṣaṇaiḥ //
hṛdayena tato vidvān pitṛdevāṃśca tarpayet
saṃhāraṃ tasya tīrthasya prāsādenaiva kārayet //
vāruṇasnānaprakaraṇam iti tṛtīyaḥ paṭalaḥ
bhasmasnānaṃ pravakṣyāmi tadūrdhvaṃ ca ṣaḍānana
mantraiḥ sarvaiḥ sakṛdbhasma abhimantrya yathākramam //

tadūrdhvaṃ tu pratiṣṭhā syād yāvadavyaktagocaram //
tato vidyā niyuktā sā yāvadvidyeśvarāntikam
śāntistadūrdhvamadhvānte śaktireva śive pade //
ajñātvaitāni tattvāni yo dīkṣāṃ kartumicchati
vṛthā pariśramastasya naiva tatphalamāpnuyāt //
nivṛttiḥ pṛthivī jñeyā pratiṣṭhā āpa ucyate
vidyāṃ tejo vijānīyād vāyuḥ śāntiḥ prakīrtitaḥ //
śāntyatītā bhavedvyoma tatparaṃ śāntamavyayam
taṃ viditvā mahāsena śvapacānapi dīkṣayet //

arcanaṃ prokṣaṇaṃ caiva tāḍanaṃ ca tathā param

arcanaṃ ca tataḥ kuryād garbhādhānaṃ tathaiva ca
jananaṃ cādhikāraṃ ca bhogaṃ caiva layaṃ tathā //
svatattve cāhutiśataṃ hṛdayena tu ṣaṇmukha
pāśacchedaṃ tathāstreṇa dadyātpūrṇāhutiṃ tataḥ //
hṛdayenātra tūddhāraḥ kartavyaścāpyanukramāt
uddhāre prokṣaṇe caiva tāḍane ca tathaiva ca //
humphaṭkārasamāyuktaṃ kartavyaṃ cānupūrvaśaḥ
saṃdhānaṃ caiva tattvānāṃ kartavyaṃ tu yathākramam //
tattve tattve tvidaṃ karma eṣa eva vidhikramaḥ
ebhistu śodhitairvatsa vidhiṃ prāpnoti puṣkalam //
anyathā naiva mucyante vidhihīnāḥ ṣaḍānana
pūrṇāhutipradānaṃ ca kartavyaṃ dhāraṇāyutam //

prāsādābjasamutpannāḥ sarve cāmoghaśaktayaḥ //
sadyastu pṛthivī jñeyo vāmo hyāpaḥ prakīrtitaḥ
aghorasteja ityukto vāyustatpuruṣaḥ smṛtaḥ //
ākāśastu bhavedīśaḥ svayaṃ devo maheśvaraḥ
sadyojātastu ṛgvedo vāmadevo yajuḥ smṛtaḥ //
aghoraḥ sāmavedaḥ syād atharvaḥ puruṣaḥ smṛtaḥ
pañcamastu paraḥ sūkṣmo vyomavyāpī sadāśivaḥ //
sadyojātastu vai brahmā vāmo viṣṇuḥ prakīrtitaḥ
aghoro rudradaivatya īśvaraḥ puruṣaḥ smṛtaḥ //
īśānaḥ śivadaivatyo hṛdayādāvavasthitaḥ
ṣaṣṭhaṃ tu yatparaṃ tattvam asādṛśyaguṇaiḥ sthitam //
tasya deho na vaktavyaḥ prākṛtairguṇasambhavaiḥ
jñātvā paramaniḥśreṇīṃ pañcasaṃsthānagāminīm //
jñātameva sakṛdyena vistṛtaṃ tu tadeva tat
tatkāla eva mukto 'sau yadā jñātaṃ hi tatpadam //
prāsādanirṇayaprakaraṇam iti dvāviṃśaḥ paṭalaḥ
śṛṇu ṣaṇmukha tattvena jñānāmṛtamanuttamam
yanna kasyacidākhyātaṃ nākhyeyaṃ kathayāmi tat //
dehasthaḥ sakalo jñeyo niṣkalo dehavarjitaḥ
āptopadeśagamyo 'sau sarvataḥ kimapi sthitaḥ //
haṃsa haṃseti yo brūyad dhaṃso devaḥ sadāśivaḥ
guruvaktrāttu labhyeta pratyakṣaṃ sarvatomukhaḥ //
tileṣu ca yathā tailaṃ puṣpe gandha iva sthitaḥ
puruṣastu śarīre 'smin sabāhyābhyantare sthitaḥ //
ulkāhasto yathā kaścid dravyamālokya tāṃ tyajet
jñānena jñeyamālokya tathā jñānaṃ parityajet //
puṣpaṃ tu sakalaṃ vidyād gandhastasya tu niṣkalaḥ
vṛkṣaṃ tu sakalaṃ vidyāc chāyā tasya tu niṣkalā //
sakale niṣkalo bhāvaḥ sarvatraiva vyavasthitaḥ
upāyaḥ sakalastadvad upeyaścaiva niṣkalaḥ //
sakale sakalo bhāvo niṣkale niṣkalastathā
trimātraśca dvimātraśca ekamātrastathaiva ca //
ardhamātrā parā sūkṣmā tasyā ūrdhvaṃ parātparam
brahmā viṣṇuśca rudraśca īśvaraḥ śiva eva vā //
pañcadhā pañcadaivatyaḥ sakalaḥ paripaṭhyate
brahmaṇo hṛdayaṃ sthānaṃ kaṇṭhe viṣṇuḥ samāśritaḥ //
tālumadhye sthito rudro lalāṭastho maheśvaraḥ
nāsāgre tu śivaṃ vidyāt tasyānte tu paraṃ padam //

parasmāttu paraṃ nāsti iti śāstrasya niścayaḥ
gamāgamaḥ kathaṃ tasya kena vā nīyate tu saḥ //

śaktyā tu nīyate jīvas tasminprāpya nivartate //
asyāntaṃ te pravakṣyāmi śṛṇu ṣaṇmukha tattvataḥ
dehātītaṃ tu tadvidyān nāsāgre dvādaśāṅgulam //
tadantaṃ tadvijānīyāt tatrastho vyāpayetprabhuḥ
mano 'pyanyatra nikṣiptaṃ cakṣuranyatra pātitam //
tathāpi yogināṃ yogo hyavicchinnaḥ pravartate
etattatparamaṃ guhyam etattatparamākṣaram //
nātaḥ parataraṃ kiñcin nātaḥ parataraṃ śivam
nātaḥ parataraṃ jñānam ityāha bhagavāñśivaḥ //
śivajñānāmṛtaṃ prāpya saṃkṣepānna tu vistarāt
kathito devadevena paramākṣaranirṇayaḥ //
etatte śivasadbhāvaṃ śivavaktrādviniḥsṛtam
guhyādguhyatamaṃ guhyaṃ gūhanīyaṃ prayatnataḥ //
nāśiṣyāya pradātavyaṃ nāputrāya kadācana
gurudevāgnibhaktāya nityaṃ muktiratāya ca //
pradātavyamidaṃ śāstraṃ netarebhyaḥ pradāpayet
dātāsya narakaṃ yāti siddhyecca na kadācana //
śivāmṛtaṃ mayā khyātaṃ satyaṃ satyamidaṃ tava
evaṃ jñātvā tu medhāvī vicarettu yathāsukham //
gṛhastho brahmacārī ca vānaprastho 'tha bhaikṣukaḥ
yatra yatra sthito jñānī paramākṣaravit sadā //
viṣayī viṣayāsakto yāti dehāntake śivam
jñānādevāsya śāstrasya sarvāvastho 'pi mānavaḥ //
brahmahatyāśvamedhādyaiḥ puṇyapāpairna lipyate
codako bodhakaścaiva mokṣadaśca paraḥ smṛtaḥ //
ityevaṃ trividho jñeya ācāryastu mahītale
codako darśayenmārgaṃ bodhakaḥ sthānamādiśet
mokṣadastu paraṃ tattvaṃ yajjñātvāmṛtamaśnute //
jñānāmṛtaprakaraṇam iti trayoviṃśaḥ paṭalaḥ
